Not a technical issue but how for blacktooth's sake is one supposed to solve this room? I can cheat by side jumping the barrier, but using the ball? No dice.

You'll need to push the footstool closer to the ball, nudge the ball towards the footstool, then nudge the ball across the room to hit the Flusher Switch. Working out the correct distance between Footstool and Ball might take some practise.
